iCAL - iCalendar Events
iCalendar events are electronic calendar appointments that can be viewed and saved to your personal electronic calendar. The date and time of the dance is stored in the file, making it appear in the calendar on the date in question.
Further information about the dances are included in the appointments for your convenience. Map data, addresses, times and miscellaneous information are included to provide a one stop shop for each event.
For OUTLOOK users simply open the file and click `Save & Close' or `Copy to My Calendar' to load the appointment.
For Google Calendar: Save the `.ics' file to your hard drive. Log into your calendar, go to `Other Calendars > Add > Import Calendar'. Browse to the `.ics' location select the file, click open > import.
